1. Services
imimchat provides features including account registration and login, private chats, groups, text messages, images, videos, files, voice messages, location sharing, push notifications, and audio and video calls. The specific features available are those actually provided in the App or on the website; some features may be in testing.
2. Accounts and Security
- You must provide registration information that is true and accurate and through which you can receive verification messages.
- You must safeguard your account, verification codes, devices, and session information. You may not lend, rent, or sell your account.
- If you discover an unauthorized login or an account security incident, contact us immediately through the Support Center.
- You may delete your account and associated data as described in the Account Deletion Instructions.
3. User Content and License to Use
You retain the rights to content you create, upload, send, or share, and you must ensure that you have the corresponding rights. To provide message transmission, storage, display, synchronization, backup, and security services, you grant us a license to process and transmit the relevant content to the extent necessary. We will not use your content for advertising unrelated to the services, sale, or commercial exploitation.
Content sent to other users may be saved, copied, forwarded, or screenshotted by them. End-to-end encryption applies only in situations where the app actually displays the corresponding encryption status.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not violate laws or regulations or the rights of others; engage in fraud, harassment, threats, infringement, spam, cyberattacks, password theft, malicious scraping, or circumvention of security measures; reverse engineer, crack, or resell the services; or interfere with the services.
5. Content Handling and Reporting
We process information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. To the extent necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect user safety, address abusive conduct, enforce this Agreement, or maintain service security, we may restrict the distribution of content, delete content, or suspend accounts. 6. Changes to Services and Liability
We may change, suspend, or terminate some services due to maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, legal requirements, or business needs. The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law is not affected by this section.
7. Updates to this Agreement and Contact Us
