imimchat supports end-to-end encrypted private chats. When enabled, message content is encrypted and decrypted on the devices of the people communicating. Metadata required to operate the service—such as account details, group relationships, and message timestamps—may still be processed by servers. Refer to the encryption status actually displayed in the app.
Chat one-to-one with your contacts or communicate in groups. The service provides features such as message sending and syncing, contacts, and groups; some information is processed as needed to operate the service.
Send text, images, videos, files, voice messages, or location shares in conversations. The service processes related location content only when you actively use location sharing and grant the relevant permission.
Use audio or video calls when you need to communicate in real time. Permissions for the camera, microphone, and other features are managed by your system; related information is processed only when you actively use the relevant feature and grant permission.
